Yes, absolutely! It is actually the gold standard for preserving them. Because our system eliminates mechanical friction from brushes and mitts, there is no risk of degrading your protective layers. Our premium foams are specially formulated to dissolve dirt without stripping hydrophobic bonds, keeping your wax or ceramic coating glossy and intact.

The required space depends on the machine series you choose. For the Washtron Series 05, you will need a minimum site area of 7m × 4m × 3.2m. For the larger Washtron Series 07, the site requirement is 7.5m × 4m × 3.2m. Both systems require a standard 1000L water storage setup on-site.
Both the Series 05 and Series 07 machines complete a comprehensive, multi-stage automated wash cycle in just 6 to 9 minutes. Because the process is entirely touchless and automated, a single bay can seamlessly wash between 8 to 10 cars per hour without any manual labor delays, maximizing your daily revenue potential.
Washtron is engineered for hyper-efficiency. On average, the Series 05 uses 100L–120L of water and 1.0 kW.h of power per car. The larger Series 07 uses 120L–150L of water and 1.2 kW.h of power per car. Chemical consumption for both models is exceptionally low, requiring only 20–40ml of specialized formula per wash cycle.
Our machines are built using world-class components from global automation leaders to ensure industrial-grade reliability. The central control unit is powered by Mitsubishi (Japan) PLCs, the high-pressure water pump architecture is built by German Perfect Power, and the critical photoelectric, proximity, and ultrasonic sensors are supplied by Pepperl+Fuchs (Germany).
While both models feature premium 304 stainless steel host panels, IP67 waterproof motors, and advanced anti-collision reset functions, the Series 07 is built for larger vehicles (handling up to 6.2m length vs 5.2m on the Series 05). Additionally, the Series 07 boasts a more powerful 15KW German pump (100kg pressure) and features an exclusive colorful foam waterfall function to deliver a premium, visual customer experience.
